Account Summary and Balance Overview
The account summary panel displays your current balance, pending bonuses, and tier status at a glance. Your balance reflects all deposits minus withdrawals, plus any cashback or bonus credits. Pending bonuses are bonus credits you have claimed but not yet played through — these appear separately so you know exactly how much of your balance is withdrawable cash versus bonus credit.
Your tier level is shown prominently, along with your progress toward the next tier. We calculate tier progress as a percentage of the monthly activity threshold. For example, if you are at non-specific info progress toward Silver tier, you need to wager an additional amount to reach Silver and unlock its higher cashback rate. The summary also displays your current cashback percentage (based on your tier) and the date of your next cashback settlement (always Monday at 09:00 UTC+7).
We also display your lifetime statistics: total deposits, total withdrawals, total wagered, and net result (deposits minus withdrawals). For each promotion, we display the offer name, claim date, bonus amount, play-through requirement, and current play-through progress.
